To ensure optimal farm performance post-installation, we offer comprehensive, ongoing maintenance and support services.

Our team conducts scheduled site visits (1–2 times per month) to thoroughly clean and inspect critical systems, including cultivation equipment and sensors. We identify potential issues in advance and implement preventative measures, ensuring maximum uptime and minimizing disruptions to farm operations.

This service is available under a separate maintenance agreement, designed to sustain a stable agricultural environment and enhance overall productivity.

Additional Supply for Insufficient Quantity

Customers who want custom-made vertical farms often use them for both interior design and growing crops. However, since they are not mass production facilities, there may be limits to the number of crops that can be grown.

To solve this, Growise offers crop growing and supply services based on the customer's needs, helping to make the most of the vertical farm.
